- Powder - Fill the cup with the desired amount of water or juice. Begin
stirring the water with a spoon, and continue stirring while slowly sprinkling
in the powder a little at a time. Note: If you do get a lump,
swallow it!
- Capsules - Take 2-6 capsules with juice or water first thing in the morning. If
you have any problems, take them with food.
- Snack - Eat 2-3 handfuls of the Goji Berries everyday as a snack to receive

- Add to - Add the Goji Berries to hot cereals, yogurts, trail mixes, or salads.
