How To Use Goji Berries:

Goji Juice from dried berries:

1/4 cup goji berries (1 oz)
2 cups water
optional: 1/4 cup fresh blackberries, raspberries or blueberries

  1. Soak berries in water for 4 hours or more, overnight is fine.
  2. Blend in blender until well blended, optionally you can add some fresh fruit as listed above or apple, mango and/or banana.
  3. If additional sweetness is desired you can add Stevia.

Eat them by the handful:

Eat 2-3 handfuls of the Goji Berries everyday as a snack to receive the health benefits of a strong immune system, high energy, anti-aging, and healthy eyes.

Add to:

Add the Goji Berries to cereals, yogurts, snack mixes, or salads.

Fire Ants on a Log:

Make ants on a log as usual, with celery and peanut butter. Top with goji berries instead of raisins. (or use both!)
